AMERICAS' CLASSIC

 Welcome to the 17th Annual Americas' Classic Championships!

We wish to extend a warm welcome to Americas’ Classic 2008.  In this our 17^th year, we are especially proud to once again welcome you to our city. Bringing this national event to Houston’s deserving group of talented, friendly and enthusiastic swing dancers has proven to be very exciting.  As you know, we searched hard for just the right venue, and we’ve worked just as hard to provide the best staff and the finest ballrooms and competitions for all dancers to enjoy.  We hope each of you enjoy your weekend with us. 

Americas’ Classic Championships™ wishes to acknowledge the Houston area swing dance community, Whip Inc, comprised of Houston Whip Club, Bay Area Whip Club, North Houston Whip Club, Strictly Whip and the Southwest Whip Club for their overwhelming support.  Additionally, we would like to extend our appreciation to the community at large for their continued support of Americas’ Classic Championships assuring the continuation and expansion of swing dancing here in Houston and across the nation.

Finally, we are very excited to inform you that the 17^th Annual Americas’ Classic Championships™ will be held  January 10^th – 13^th, 2008.   Much needs to be done, but we will be ready!  Join us.  We have many new surprises in store for you!
